Peggies Barns are two self-contained holiday cottages just outside the charming village of Maulds Meaburn. Located in the Lyvennet Valley, Maulds Meaburn is on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in an area known as the Westmorland Dales.

A perfect location for a peaceful holiday, within easy access to the Lake District. Sitting above the valley it has picturesque views of the River Lyvennet from 1 Peggies Barn.

It is a rural location in small village and the nearest shop is 10 mins away.

There is limited phone signal but both barns have landlines for emergency use.

There is wifi available in both barns.

This is a wonderful area for walking, cycling and fell running.

The Yorkshire Dales National Park is classed as a Dark Sky Reserve so there are chances for excellent stargazing.

The Eden Valley has a wealth of attractions including historic sites, museums, art galleries and more!

There are a wide range of things to do in the Lake District including boat trips, walks, castles, railways and many more activities.
